Kylie Dillon

Kylie Dillon is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in higher education and communications. Currently serving as an Area Coordinator at Alvernia University since July 2023, Kylie previously held the position of Resident Director at Rider University from August 2021 to May 2023. Prior roles include Customer Care Specialist at Navient and leadership positions such as Club President for the Gender and Sexuality Alliance and Vice President of Leap-ab. Kylie's experience also encompasses editorial roles, including Editor for the Wilkes University Beacon and Assistant Director for Wilkes Now.
