Jorgen M Osio Norgaard has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Jorgen M most recently held the position of Global Head of Compliance at Alviere since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at WorldRemit, where they served as the Sole Director & President from August 2020 to May 2022 and also held the role of AMERICAS Regional Head of Compliance from July 2020 to May 2022. Before joining WorldRemit, Jorgen worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the Executive Director of AML/KYC Office Merchant Services from January 2019 to June 2020. Jorgen M also had a long tenure at Citi, where they held various leadership roles, including Global Anti Money Laundering Investigations Task Force Director, Global Screening Operations Head, Latam Regional Sanctions Operations Manager, LATAM Country Oversight & Reporting Head, and Audit Manager. Throughout their career, Jorgen demonstrated expertise in compliance, operational effectiveness, strategy development, and risk assessment.

Jorgen M Osio Norgaard completed the Executive Management Program in Business Management at IESA from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Law.
