Mohit Patwardhan

Mohit Patwardhan currently serves as the Director of Legal and IP Litigation for the APAC region at Alvogen since June 2021, also holding the position of Senior Legal Counsel. In addition, Patwardhan is a Guest Faculty member for the Pharmacy Course at Mumbai University, focusing on Intellectual Property Rights. Prior experience includes significant roles at ACG Worldwide as Legal and IP Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed legal and IP matters related to various agreements and M&A due diligence, and at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, managing litigation in IP and overseeing contract management related to patents. Academic credentials include an LLB in Intellectual Property Law from New Law College, a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Intellectual Property Management from Manipal Academy, and a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Patwardhan is also a registered Patent Agent.
