Masna Rai

Masna Rai, PhD, currently serves as Principal Biostatistician and Manager at Alvotech since January 2023, overseeing all biostatistical activities from study design to regulatory submissions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Biostatistician, where contributions included statistical input for protocol development and management of statistical activities in clinical trials. A Visiting Researcher at the US Environmental Protection Agency led a predictive modeling epidemiological project. Masna Rai's academic journey includes a PhD in Medical Research, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and an MSc in Epidemiology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, along with a BSc in Microbiology from St. Xavier's College, contributing to extensive research, teaching, and presentations across international platforms.
