Jay Snyder

Jay Snyder serves as the President and Managing Principal at BBI - Big Blue Innovations, a leading consulting firm in the construction industry focused on technology, innovation, and business modernization. Concurrently, Jay holds the position of Director at Ascentage Advisors LLC, specializing in M&A advisory services. Jay is also engaged in various board roles, including positions at MOCA Systems, alwaysAI, and Vita Inclinata Technologies. With over 22 years of military service in the United States Air Force, Jay has extensive experience in military and humanitarian operations. Previous roles include Practice Leader at FMI and Senior Vice President at Monteith Construction Corp. Jay holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and has completed postgraduate studies in Mergers & Acquisitions at The Wharton School.
