Prior to this role, Marion worked as a Yacht Underwriter at Victor Insurance UK and Bluefin Underwriting, where responsibilities included marine underwriting and serving as the primary contact for the Bishop Skinner Marine Broking team. Initially starting in the industry as a New Business Broker at Bishop Skinner Marine, Marion has also held positions as a Claims Technician at HBA Limited, Deputy Marine Underwriter at Albion Insurance, and Assistant Yacht Underwriter at TALBOT UNDERWRITING RISK SERVICES LTD. Marion holds a BA (Hons) in Three Dimensional Design from West Surrey College of Art and Design (1986-1989).
