Alaa Negeda

Alaa Negeda has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Alaa began their career in 2001 as a System Administrator at MenaNet Communications S.A.E. In 2005, they joined Telhouse, Inc. as Director of Technical Operations. In 2008, they were appointed Chief Technology Officer at ALXTEL.

Alaa Negeda earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ain Shams University between 1995 and 2000. In 2020, Alaa Negeda obtained several certifications, including SharePoint Online Essential Training: The Basics from LinkedIn, Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts from LinkedIn, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations from Microsoft, ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
