Cesar Rizzo Fiuza

Cesar Rizzo Fiuza is an accomplished technical manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Gerente Técnico at Álya Construtora since May 2021, overseeing the Commercial and Cost sectors for the VLT Salvador/BA project. Prior to this role, Cesar held various positions at Grupo Queiroz Galvão from March 2010 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing production for significant projects such as residential towers and the VLT implementation in Santos. Cesar also worked as an engineering assistant in multiple capacities, focusing on project management, planning, and cost control for several major infrastructure initiatives. Educationally, Cesar is pursuing a specialization in Railway Engineering and holds multiple engineering degrees, including a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Project Management.
