Lisa Booth has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lisa currently holds the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, where they oversee various divisions including internal audit, accounting, contracting, procurement, business and strategic planning, IT, and cyber security. In this role, they are responsible for financial and accounting controls, long and short-term strategic planning, and management reporting.

Before their current role, Lisa served as the General Audit Manager at Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, where they were responsible for improving the company's financial, operational, and managerial processes and mitigating risks. Prior to that, they were the Director of the Alaska Native Program, where they promoted relationships between Alyeska and Alaska Native communities and managed various aspects of the program.

Lisa also has experience as the Business & Strategic Planning Director at Alyeska, where they developed long-range strategic and business plans and advised the management team. Lisa has held positions in materials and purchasing management, supply chain systems and performance management, and served as the Alaska Native Program Coordinator at Alyeska.

Before joining Alyeska, Lisa worked as a Budget Analyst at GCI. Overall, their work experience is highlighted by their leadership roles in finance, strategic planning, audit, and program management.

Lisa Booth earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage from 1999 to 2001.
