Matthew Reed possesses extensive experience in human resources and education, having held various positions at Alyeska Resort since December 2005, including Human Resources Manager, Recruiter, Human Resources Assistant, and Ski Instructor and Mountain Learning Center Supervisor. Previous roles include Facilities Manager at Anchorage Parks & Recreation, English Teacher and Dorm Parent at Sugar Bowl Ski Team and Academy, and Ski Instructor and Ski School Supervisor at Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe. Matthew has also worked as a Customer Service Representative and Distribution Center Worker at Patagonia. Academic credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a Bachelor's degree in English from Colorado College.
