Jindřich Král

Jindřich Král currently serves as the Head of People Analytics & HR Process at Alza.cz a.s., a position held since September 2016, where responsibilities include representing the HR director, managing personnel costs, overseeing compensation, and process management for career pages and various projects. Previous roles at Alza.cz include Business Assistant to the CEO and HR Director, along with experience as an HR Specialist focused on recruiting talented individuals for the IT department and as an HR intern. Additionally, Jindřich undertook an HR internship at O2 Czech Republic in May 2017. Jindřich is pursuing a Master's degree in Andragogy and Human Resource Management at Charles University, having also earned a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution. Education includes studies at the Prague University of Economics and Business and completion of secondary education at Gymnázium Dr. Antona Randy, Jablonec nad Nisou.
