Marek Wygrys has extensive work experience in various industries. Marek started their career as a Finance Operations Associate at SAP in 2014. In 2013, they joined Zakłady Chemiczne Permedia S.A. as a Supervisory Board Member and later served as a Junior Project Manager.

From 2016 to 2021, Marek worked at Akka Technologies, where they held multiple roles. As a Purchaser, they were responsible for the full scope of indirect procurement. Later, they became a Team Leader, leading a team of professionals in procurement, facility management, travel management, and car fleet management. Marek successfully implemented strategic initiatives and oversaw the end-to-end delivery of a new headquarters project.

Currently, Marek is working at Alza.cz a.s. as a Construction & Maintenance Manager. Marek leads international teams in the Facility department, with a focus on logistics operations in the largest Czech e-commerce company. Their responsibilities include maintaining logistics technologies and optimizing consumption, as well as managing layout and technology changes.

Marek Wygrys began their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Prague University of Economics and Business from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they pursued further studies at Metropolitan University Prague, where they obtained the degree of Inženýr (Ing.) in International Business from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Marek Wygrys obtained a certification in Prince2 Foundation from PeopleCert in April 2018.
