Minke Kooistra

Minke Kooistra has extensive experience in the field of research and implementation related to Alzheimer's disease and neuroscience. Currently serving as Team Leader for Subsidies & Implementation and Advisor for Scientific Research at Alzheimer Nederland since April 2016, Kooistra previously held the position of Coordinator for Scientific Development at Internationale Stichting Alzheimer Onderzoek from November 2014 to April 2016. Early academic work included a PhD candidacy at UMC Utrecht, focusing on the clinical manifestations of small vessel disease, between March 2011 and October 2014. Minke Kooistra's earlier professional experience includes roles at Noordhoff Uitgevers BV, where digitizing schoolbooks and exams was the primary responsibility, and as a Student Assistant at the University of Groningen. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Master in Epidemiology from the University of Utrecht, a Master in Neuropsychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Movement Science, all from the University of Groningen.
