Everyday Sharon is inspired to listen and discover more about her clients’ goals and concerns. She is gratified knowing that she has had the opportunity to impact multiple generations. Integrity is her guiding principle in her career and in life, although collaboration and transparency are also top priorities in her practice.
As the chairperson of the ADDF’s Board of Overseers Sharon has been instrumental in our efforts to bring awareness and visibility to Alzheimer’s and the need for a cure. In 2017, Sharon was the recipient of the Charles Evans Award and to helped raise $1.2M for the Fall Luncheon—a record breaker at that time.

Founded in 1998 by Leonard A. Lauder and Ronald S. Lauder, the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF) was one of the first charities to adopt the venture philanthropy model. Our mission is to rapidly accelerate the discovery of drugs to prevent and treat Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. We are the only charity focused solely on supporting new drugs for Alzheimer’s.
