The Administrative Board at Alzheimer’s Family Center (AFC) is responsible for providing strategic oversight and governance to ensure the organization meets its mission of supporting families affected by Alzheimer’s disease. Board members collaborate to set policies, manage financial health, and guide program development, while specific roles like the Treasurer and Secretary facilitate fiscal accountability and record-keeping. The Chair and Vice Chair lead board meetings and champion initiatives that enhance AFC's impact in the community.
