Alison Kelly

Alison Kelly, Chartered FCIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR at Alzheimer's Research UK since June 2017, where responsibilities include leading HR and Volunteer Management strategies. Prior to this role, Alison was the Head of HR at the same charity and held positions such as HR Business Partner at a Contract Research Organisation and HR Consultant at ExecuJet Aviation Group. Alison's earlier career includes significant roles at Mundipharma Research Ltd, where contributions spanned from Senior HR Adviser to HR Assistant, and foundational HR experiences at Napp Pharmaceuticals and Barclays Bank. Alison holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from BPP University.
