Chinmoy Podder

Chinmoy Podder, Ph.D., is a Senior Development Engineer at AM Batteries, specializing in scaling up manufacturing processes and leading innovative projects, including a DOE SBIR Phase I initiative focused on advanced low-cost ESD-based processes. With significant experience in R&D and technology development, Podder has contributed to improvements in dry coating adhesion, high-speed processing, and next-generation dry powder coating technology. Previously, Podder served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University, where engagement in multiple NSF and DOE-funded projects led to peer-reviewed publications and patents. Podder also held teaching and research roles at Missouri University of Science and Technology, enhancing student understanding in mechanical engineering principles. Podder earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
