Adrien Lagardere

Adrien LAGARDERE is a Senior Thruster Development Engineer at The Exploration Company since April 2025, specializing in thruster development for spacecraft. Previously, as the Lead System and Product Engineer at ION-X Propulsion from September 2021 to April 2025, Adrien managed thruster development from concept to flight model, ensuring compliance with industry standards and successfully integrating thrusters into the EDISON cubesat for an ESA mission. Prior experience includes roles at CNES as an Additive Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineer for Space Engine, and at Snecma managing 3D printing and industrialization of plasma thrusters. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste from Centrale Lyon, focusing on aerospace engineering.
