Jim Koches

As the Senior VP of Operations, Jirn Roches is responsible for overseeing direct supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing and more. He also develops and manages strategic initiatives to improve operational productivity, profitability and quality while supporting new strategic markets and sales opportunities with product development and more. Prior to joining AM Conservation Group. Jim worked for nearly two decades in the paper manufacturing industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from The Citadel. When he's not in the office or the warehouse. Jim enjoys fishing. boating and woodworking.
