Jim Madej

A lifelong supporter of sustainability and energy efficiency. Jirn Madej leverages his years of industry experience to lead Franklin Energy and AM Conservation Group as CEO, he oversees and guides strategy and direction. business development and sales, and helps drive a company culture of diversity and inclusivity. Jim currently sits on the Board of Vermont Public Broadcast System (VT PBS) and is an advisory board member of Custom Essence. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from St. Michael's College and completed a comprehensive series of business education at GE's Crotonville Management Development Center.
