Janis Jatnieks is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in additive manufacturing and business development. As the Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of AM Craft since November 2019, Janis has focused on providing advanced additive manufacturing services for high-volume prototyping and small series manufacturing. In addition, since August 2013, Janis has served as the Founder and Member of the Board at Baltic3D.eu, which specializes in large build volumes for industrial end products and custom industrial tools. Janis was also the Founder and Member of the Board at Project WiDE from April 2015 to October 2019 and worked as an Associate at RCC Ventures, LLC, where customized debt solutions were provided to businesses. Earlier career roles include Project Coordinator at the Solar Energy Think Tank and Coordinator/Researcher for the Leonardo da Vinci programme. Janis holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

AM Craft is a one-stop-shop for polymer Additive Manufacturing for the Aviation Industry. Specializing in non-structural parts in the cabin, AM Craft customers include aircraft operators, MROs, part manufacturers that benefit from shorter lead times, as well as decreased weight, increased functionality, and optimized design for the aircraft cabin interior parts. AM Craft uses 8x in-house Stratasys FDM industrial additive manufacturing machines (Fortus 450 and F900 systems). Together with partners, AM Craft is able to accommodate flexible delivery schedules and volume orders by leveraging a consolidated polymer additive manufacturing capacity, totaling 50+ printers at 7 different locations in EMEA. All of our printers, including our partners, use high-performance (high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent heat resistance, high impact strength) and aerospace-certified (FST and stringent test criteria compliant) materials such as ULTEM™ 9085 CG.
