Damon Tillman

Damon Tillman has extensive experience in the automotive and military vehicle sectors, currently serving as Director of HMMWV Programs at AM General LLC since September 2018, where responsibilities include leading the design and development of powertrain systems to meet customer specifications. Previously, Damon held positions at Ford Motor Company focusing on diesel systems engineering for the 3.0L Power Stroke Diesel engine, and at FCA - North America as a Diesel Applications Engineer coordinating the release of the 6.7L Cummins engine for RAM trucks. Earlier roles at AM General LLC included Powertrain Principal Engineer, overseeing critical phases of the JLTV program and leading the design of multiple diesel powertrain components. Damon's career began at DaimlerChrysler as a Powertrain Quality/Reliability Engineer, emphasizing competitive benchmarking and compliance for engine models.
