Deborah Reyes

Senior Director, Global Marketing & Strategic Communications at AM General

Deborah Reyes has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Deborah started their career as an Assistant Program Manager at A-Net Consulting in 1999. Deborah then worked at mPower Advisors, LLC as the Director of Marketing and Client Services, where they managed accounts and created successful campaigns. In 2003, they served as an MBA Summer Intern at Toyota Financial Services, where they developed strategies to improve the vehicle finance process.

Deborah joined Toyota Motor Sales in 2004 as a Graduate Management Associate, where they worked in Lexus Product Planning and Retail Market Development. Deborah then transitioned to Dealer Planning Administrator, leading strategic market studies and optimizing Toyota's dealership presence. Deborah also worked on product planning and pricing for Toyota de Mexico, analyzing the automotive landscape and developing truck, SUV, and commercial van line-ups.

In 2010, Deborah joined Toyota Motor Sales again as a Product Marketing Planner, specializing in Sienna products and later transitioning to become a Truck product and Light Duty Truck expert. Deborah then moved on to FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2011, becoming the Dodge Brand Marketing Manager and later the Dodge Journey and Future FCA Vehicle Planning Manager. In these roles, Deborah developed and executed marketing strategies and successfully launched new products.

Most recently, Deborah has served as the Senior Director of Global Marketing & Strategic Communications at AM General LLC since 2017. In this role, they collaborate with DoD officials and members of Congress to strengthen the company's brand through various marketing disciplines. Deborah also effectively communicates the corporate narrative through internal and external communication campaigns.

Deborah Reyes completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley from 1994 to 1998. Deborah then pursued their MBA in Business Administration at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2002 to 2004.
