Michael Perkins

Michael Perkins has extensive work experience spanning several roles and positions, primarily within the automotive industry. Michael is currently the Director of Business Development at AM General LLC since 2016. Prior to this, they held various management positions at Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc, including General Manager of Corporate Planning, General Manager of Final Assembly Manufacturing, and General Manager of Production Engineering. Michael also served as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Engineering Branch Manager, and Staff Engineer during their tenure at Mitsubishi. Before joining Mitsubishi, Michael worked as an Industrial Engineer at United Technologies.

Michael Perkins attended Eastern Illinois University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Electronics. Michael also obtained a certification in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University in 2009.
