Crystal Riley

Crystal Riley has extensive work experience in various healthcare-related roles. Crystal started their career in 2012 as a Regional Clinical Liaison and Skilled Nursing Placement Specialist at AdCare Health Systems, where they evaluated hospitalized patients and potential residents for smooth transitions to the acute care setting. Crystal also obtained pre-certifications for rehab services and successfully grew the census through physician and hospital relations.

After that, they worked as a Care Transition Nurse at CHI Health at Home, evaluating hospital patients for home health services and ensuring a smooth transition from hospital to home. Crystal also obtained pre-certifications from various insurance providers.

In 2016, they became a Customer Liaison Manager at AR Asset Protection Group, where they educated nursing home residents and their families on asset protection planning and offered assistance with Medicaid eligibility. Crystal collaborated with healthcare professionals and developed educational programs within their assigned territory.

Crystal then joined CHRISTUS Health in 2017 as a Clinical Liaison, responsible for evaluating hospitalized patients for transition to the Long-term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC). Crystal obtained pre-certifications with insurance providers and developed new business through physician and hospital relations.

From 2018 to 2020, Crystal worked as a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory RN at CHI St. Vincent, where they assisted physicians, monitored patients, administered medications, and provided post-operative care and education to patients recovering from cardiac procedures.

In 2020, they became a COVID-19 RN Case Investigator at the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care, interviewing COVID-19 positive cases, providing clinical resources and support over the phone, and administering COVID-19 testing.

Crystal then joined AM LLC in 2021 as a Project Engagement Lead, eventually taking on the roles of Case Navigator and Nurse Manager. In these positions, they led and directed a team of Case Investigators and Contact Tracers, oversaw team operations and performance, and tracked team progress.

Currently, Crystal is employed as a Clinical Liaison at Lifepoint Health®, starting in 2023.

Crystal Riley attended the College of the Ouachitas in 2016 and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Nursing, specializing in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Crystal then continued their education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 2018 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in the same field of study.
