Michele Ferris

Michele Ferris has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruiting. Michele started in 2014 as a Human Resources Assistant at Smartronix and then moved on to become a Human Resources Specialist at St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission in 2016. In 2018, they joined AM Pierce & Associates, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, Recruiter, and Security professional. Over time, they progressed to take on the roles of Director of Human Resources, Recruiting, and Security, and ultimately the Senior Director of Human Resources and Recruiting.

Michele Ferris completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Frostburg State University, from 1988 to 1992. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling Psychology from Towson University, from 1992 to 1994.
