Itay Manor has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Itay worked as the Director of Engineering Services at AM Projects from November 2013 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Division Manager for Projects Engineering Services at Eshet Engineering from December 2010 to October 2013. Itay also held leadership positions in the IDF - Israel Defense Forces, serving as the Head of the Pre-military courses from February 2007 to November 2010, and as the Head of the Reserve Forces Recruiting from February 2003 to February 2007.
Itay Manor obtained a B.A. in Public Administration and Policy from Sapir College in an unknown year, which lasted until 2008. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Consulting and Organizational Development, with a focus on Executive Coaching, from The College of Management Academic Studies, which they completed in 2011.
