Dave Watrous

Dave Watrous serves as an Executive Advisor at AM Technical Solutions, Inc, where the focus includes enhancing project delivery, customer engagement, and business diversification through collaborative strategies with Sovereign’s Capital. Previously, Watrous held various senior leadership roles at Fluor Corporation over eight years, culminating as Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Life Sciences, overseeing growth and project execution. Other roles at Fluor included Vice President positions managing Risk Management and Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Development. Watrous also has extensive experience at NNE Pharmaplan, where responsibilities spanned global strategic development and customer account management, particularly in China. Additionally, Watrous co-founded Croxton Gray Commercial Properties, successfully leading the real estate firm prior to rejoining Fluor as Director of Global Business Development. Educational credentials include an Executive Development Program from Wharton and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
