Jennie Jordan's work experience includes serving as the Director of Recruitment at Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, where they developed strategies for recruiting and retaining adult volunteers. Jennie also created marketing materials, developed website and social media strategies, and conducted community presentations. Jennie was the President of American Marketing Association Tampa Bay and served as the Advertising Sales Manager at The Florida Catholic Newspaper. Additionally, they were the Owner of S.K. Inspirations/Kiddie Konvertibles, and they worked at AT&T as a Marketing Manager for over 10 years, where they developed targeted marketing strategies and managed national accounts.

Jennie Jordan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Florida State University's College of Business. Jennie later pursued further education at Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from 1997 to 1999.
