Heather Bolli

Heather Bolli is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in total rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as the Director of HR Technology & Total Rewards at the Alberta Motor Association since July 2025, Heather previously held the position of Director of Compensation at ATB Financial from October 2022 to June 2025. Heather's extensive experience at the Alberta Investment Management Corporation included roles as Director of Total Rewards, Senior Manager, and Manager across various compensation and benefits capacities, overseeing global payroll and employee programs in multiple jurisdictions. With earlier roles at the Government of Alberta and the City of Edmonton, Heather developed a comprehensive skill set in HR consulting, recruitment, and employee relations, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Alberta.
