Andre van Veen

Andre van Veen currently serves as Manager Design & Engineering at AMADA WELD TECH EU since December 2017. Prior to this role, Andre van Veen retired from the oilfield in January 2017 after a distinguished career that included positions such as Rig Superintendent at Grupo-R in Mexico and Rig Manager at Noble Drilling (Noble Do Brasil), where responsibilities encompassed the management of drilling units and overseeing operations, health, safety, and emergency procedures. Andre van Veen also held various roles within Noble Drilling from 1996 to 2010, including Driller and Project Manager, and began a military career as Platoon Commander in the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps. Educational credentials include an MsC in Offshore Engineering from Robert Gordon University and a Beng in Aircraft Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
