Cristina Sanz Diaz

Cristina Sanz Diaz has extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors, currently serving as the Director of Legal M&A, Director of Risk & Compliance, and Director of the Legal Department at Amadeus IT Group since November 1995. In addition, Cristina holds leadership roles as the Vicepresidenta and board member of the Instituto Oficiales de Cumplimiento (IOC) since December 2017. Cristina earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from IE Business School (1994-1995) and a degree in Derecho from Universidad CEU San Pablo (1989-1994).
