Currently, they serve as the Head of Airline Customer Success Management for Strategic Accounts in the APAC region at Amadeus, leading a team of senior customer success managers. Previously, they held various roles at Amadeus, including Director of Strategic Partnerships and Senior Airline IT Solution Management, and began their career as a trainee at Orange Business Services. They possess a strong customer-centric vision and demonstrate leadership in building effective customer success functions.
