Mihai Bote

Mihai Bote, CGCIO, CHTP, is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Program Director for Enterprise Program Delivery at Amadeus since July 2019. Responsibilities include managing account growth and the delivery of integrated hospitality solutions across 3,000 hotel properties, leading over 15 cross-functional project teams. Mihai actively contributes to the University of South Florida Muma College of Business as a CX Program Advisory Panel Member and has held the position of President at HFTP South Florida Chapter since October 2017. Prior roles include Corporate Director of Technology at Swire Hotels, Director of Information Technology at The Carillon Hotel and Spa and Canyon Ranch Hotel and Spa Miami Beach, and several leadership positions in IT and telecommunications. Educational credentials include a Professional Degree in IT and Telecommunications, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Pedagogy, certifications from Rutgers University and MIT Professional Education in artificial intelligence and government CIO roles.
