Philip Nicholas

Philip Nicholas serves as Vice President, Chief Counsel, and Head of Government Affairs for Amadeus North America, Inc., a position held since May 1998, where extensive General Counsel experience is demonstrated in overseeing Amadeus IT Group, S.A. Additionally, since August 1999, Philip Nicholas has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law, teaching litigation and transactional skills to law students, focusing on negotiation, drafting deal documents, and pre-trial litigation. Philip Nicholas earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami Law School from 1986 to 1989.
