Praveen Dias

Praveen Dias possesses extensive experience in engineering management, particularly in the data engineering and digital domains within the airline industry, having worked at Amadeus since May 2010. As Senior Engineering Manager, leading the London Digital Group, Praveen oversees a team of over 30 software developers and analysts dedicated to self-service check-in products. Previous roles at Amadeus include Development Manager for the Lufthansa Group Solution Centre and leading various teams in the Altéa DCS Flight Development. Before Amadeus, Praveen gained consultancy and web development experience at EBizHub Ltd. and Contact Sri Lanka Ltd., along with internships in manufacturing and information systems at ip.access and the International Atomic Energy Agency, respectively. Praveen holds a Master of Engineering in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London and completed an International Baccalaureate at Vienna International School.
