Shiva Parker

Shiva Parker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Amadeus since May 2017, Shiva has held various roles including Team Lead for Global Escalation Support. Prior to this, from 2004 to May 2017, Shiva was with Alhambra USA, where the roles included Manager of Technical Sales and Training and Pre/Post Sales Support Engineer. Additionally, Shiva worked as a Consultant from 2001 to November 2023, focusing on website design. Education includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, completed between 1998 and 2000.
