Sue Fornear

Sue Fornear has extensive experience in customer support and account management within the hospitality and travel technology sectors. Since January 2021, Sue has served as the Global Head of Customer Support at Amadeus, following a 15-year tenure at TravelClick where Sue held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Account Management and Vice President of Support Services. Prior to that, Sue was with Pegasus Solutions as Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations. Sue's career began at Teleservice Resources, Inc., where Sue progressed from Manager of Product Management to Senior Manager of Product Management. Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Huddersfield Polytechnic.
