Dante Pozzi has extensive work experience in the financial and banking industry. Dante currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors at AL5 Bank since August 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Amaggi starting from August 2011. Dante also worked at Rabobank as an M&A/Advisory Director specializing in strategic consulting and mergers/acquisitions in the agricultural sector from May 2007 to July 2011. Dante started their career at Votorantim S.A. as an Associate Analyst involved in evaluating investment opportunities in the agribusiness sector and played a significant role in the establishment and development of two biotechnology companies (Allelyx and Canavialis) from March 2002 to December 2004. In addition, Dante worked at Credit Suisse as an Equity Analyst from January 2000 to March 2002 and as an Equity Analyst Assistant at Bear Stearns from January 1999 to January 2000.

Dante Pozzi completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, specializing in Business Administration, from 1996 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics, with a focus on Economics of AgBiotech, from the University of Missouri-Columbia, from 2005 to 2007.
