Prasad Menon

Prasad Menon is a seasoned HR leader with 25 years of experience managing People & Culture teams. Before Amagi, Prasad worked on human capital strategies in organizations such as Edifecs Technologies, Clear trip, McAfee, Aviva, and Ashok Leyland, among others. An engineer turned HR professional, Prasad is committed to empowering people and driving a culture of high-performance-high productivity.

Prasad believes that his purpose in life is ‘to contribute’, and is passionate about giving back to the community. He has taken his passion forward by founding GIVE Prakruti Eco Ventures– a community project that stands for building awareness on sustainability and enriched living. He has also been an HR lead (Pro Bono) for Corona Safe Network – an open-source disaster management platform that was built by tech volunteers in collaboration with the Kerala government to tackle the pandemic. Over 3.22 lakh COVID-19 patients have been supported through the system.

On the personal front, Prasad is married to an HR professional, Deepa Pinto, and has 3 kids. He is an avid cyclist. Prasad is passionate about igniting young minds and does so by sharing his insights across various industry forums and educational institutions.
