Joshua B.

Joshua B. has a strong background in infrastructure and DevOps roles. Joshua most recently worked at Mullvad VPN as the Head of Infrastructure and previously as an Infrastructure Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Fingerprint Cards as a System Tools Engineer, where they managed infrastructure and build environments within the Software and R&D department. Joshua also provided IT support for Jira and Confluence tasks and worked with various tools such as Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker, Consul, Vault, Ubuntu, VMWare, Ansible, Puppet, Python, and Bash.

Before Fingerprint Cards, Joshua worked at Layer 10 as a DevOps and Infrastructure Consultant, providing customized services in software development. Joshua was also employed as a consultant at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, where they served as a Build Master and Systems Expert. In these positions, they focused on automating infrastructure, implementing CI pipelines, and improving collaboration and communication between development and operations teams.

Earlier in their career, Joshua worked at Toaster as a Technical Operations Developer, where they introduced IT strategy across multiple studios and developed skills in Docker containers, Puppet-based configuration management, and server provisioning. Joshua also worked as a System Administrator at The English School Gothenburg, where they managed a fleet of macOS and iOS devices and implemented an updated macOS lifecycle toolkit using tools such as Puppet, Munki, AutoPkg, DeployStudio, AutoDMG, ARD, Configuration Profiles, Python, and Bash.

Joshua B. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Lincoln from 2009 to 2012.
