Yael Lifshitz

Yael Lifshitz has been working in the field since 2007, when they began their role as R&D Director at Enzymotec. In 2016, they moved to NextFerm as R&D Director, and in 2020 they joined Amai Proteins as Director of Clinical & Regulatory Affairs.

Yael Lifshitz received their PhD in Biochemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science in 2007. Prior to that, they earned an MSc in Plant Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2001, and a BSc in Agriculture from the same university in 1999.
