Yigal Gezundhait

Yigal Gezundhait has held a variety of roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Yigal began their career in 1992 as a Project Coordinator at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd Israel. In 1997, they moved to Vitamed Pharmaceutical Industries as a Research and Development Manager. In 2000, they joined Rafa Laboratories as a Business Development Manager. In 2008, they became the CEO of BotanoCap. In 2018, they took on the role of Entrepreneurship of Innovative projects. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed Chief Production Officer and COO of Amai Proteins.

Yigal Gezundhait obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Tel Aviv University between 1986 and 1989. Yigal then completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1989 and 1992. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University between 1989 and 1991. Lastly, Yigal Gezundhait completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Edinburgh Business School between 1996 and 1998.
