Neil Stallard

Neil Stallard is an experienced aquaculture professional currently serving as Hatchery Manager at MATORKA, where a six-month contract focuses on enhancing the Artic charr hatchery's performance to meet a target output of 2.5 million fingerlings annually. Stallard has held various roles, including Strategic Advisor at Fish Farming Advisory Services and Director at Zini Fish Farms, where the transition from production management to directorate involved converting an old shrimp farm into a marine finfish farm. Additional contributions include directorships at the Marine Finfish Farmers Association of South Africa and the Tilapia Aquaculture Association of South Africa, with an emphasis on legislative compliance and industry representation.
