Shana Frazier, SHRM-CP

Shana Frazier, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources and quality assurance. Their most recent role was as a Human Resources Manager at AMain Sports & Hobbies since January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the HR Manager/Director of Quality Assurance at Baugher Ranch Organics from July 2013 to January 2020. Shana also worked at Mary's Gone Crackers, where they held multiple roles including QA & Safety Manager, Acting HR Administrator from February 2013 to July 2013, and Plant Supervisor & HACCP Manager from October 2005 to July 2013.

Shana Frazier, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Arizona Global Campus, completing their education from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Butte College in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources from Butte College in 2015.

In terms of certifications, Shana Frazier achieved the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM in December 2021. Shana also holds several other certifications, such as PCQI (obtained in July 2016), Advanced SQF Practitioner (obtained in June 2016), SQF Practitioner (obtained in April 2013), and HACCP Manager from NSF International (obtained in May 2008).
