Gonzalo Amuchástegui Mayoral has a diverse work experience with various roles and responsibilities. Gonzalo started their career in 2010 as a Sailing Coach at Club Náutico El Balís, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they joined Ernst & Young as a Tax Analyst in the United States, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, Gonzalo co-founded Amalgama, a company where they held the role of Cofounder until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Chief Business Development Officer at Amalgama. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Agile at the same company.
Gonzalo Amuchástegui Mayoral obtained a Licentiate degree in Business Management from the University of Buenos Aires. This degree was earned between 2007 and 2013. Additionally, Gonzalo has obtained several certifications, including Organizational Agility from Universidad de San Andrés in October 2020, Better User Stories from Mountain Goat Software in September 2020, Emprendimientos e innovacion from Scalabl Academy in September 2020, Enterprise Agility Foundation from Enterprise Agility Institute® in September 2020, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in April 2019.
