Hannes Jung

Hannes Jung is an experienced professional in agile transformation and program management, currently serving as the Head of Agile Transformation at SMA Solar Technology AG since January 2012, where responsibilities include strategy development and agile coordination. Hannes has held multiple roles within SMA, including Director of Program Management & Product Management and Manager of Strategy & Project Management, and also contributed as a Manager in Human Resources. Additionally, Hannes is a member of the Konzernaustausch Selbstorganisation since December 2020 and previously worked as an Executive Search Consultant at MRL Group and as a Change Management Consultant at BMW. Academic credentials include an MBA in General Management from Dresden International University (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hochschule Harz (2004-2007).
