Milagros Hails

Milagros Hails has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Milagros started their career as a Secretary Assistant at Centenaro & Casiraghi Estudio Juridico in February 2015, where they provided legal assistance and receptionist services. Milagros then worked as a Profesora at Nuestra Señora de la Unidad from February 2017 to December 2017. In August 2018, they transitioned to the role of Analista QA at Amalgama, focusing on quality assurance. Milagros later served as a Scrum Master from February 2019 until May 2023, ensuring effective coordination and communication within the development team. Milagros also took on the role of Product Owner from July 2021 to May 2023, managing the product development and delivery process. Currently, they are working as a Talent Development Specialist at Amalgama, a position they have held since May 2023.

Milagros Hails completed their Licenciatura degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they pursued Economics studies in Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2018. Before that, in 2015 to 2016, Milagros began their studies at the University of Buenos Aires, specifically in the field of Medicine through the CBC program.
