Caitlin Duffy

Caitlin Duffy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and banking. Currently serving as First Vice President of Philanthropy Banking at Amalgamated Bank since September 2019, Caitlin focuses on managing strategy and relationships with nonprofit clients, particularly philanthropic organizations. Previously, Caitlin held the role of Senior Associate for Learning and Engagement at the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy, where contributions included co-authoring foundation assessments and managing the Impact Awards celebration. Caitlin's earlier roles span various organizations, including Exponent Philanthropy as a 2015 Next Gen Fellow and as a Graduate Research Intern. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Ethics, Peace, and Global Affairs from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from The College of New Jersey. Caitlin's commitment to social impact is further supported through ongoing education at UPEACE and participation in leadership development programs.
