Chad Owens

Chad Owens has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Chad started their career at California State University, Long Beach as a Teaching Associate & Graduate Assistant, where they taught economic statistics and provided tutoring. Chad then moved on to California Bank & Trust, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Vice President, Commercial Banking Credit Advisor. In these positions, they were responsible for loan structuring, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment. Most recently, Chad worked at Amalgamated Bank as a Vice President and later as a First Vice President, Project Finance Underwriter. Chad specialized in solar project finance underwriting, community solar analysis, and mission lending for middle-market projects.

Chad Owens completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from UC Berkeley in 2010.
